19.04.2012-in the office of HCCI was held meeting of project partners of Market Control

On 16^th 2013, at 10:00 am in the office of the Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry was  held another meeting of project partners of Market Control, funded under the "European Territorial Cooperation Greece - Bulgaria 2007-2013".

The meeting was attended by representatives of the four partner organizations: the Greek International Business Association, Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Hellenic Organization for Standardization in Thessaloniki and Professional and Crafts Chamber of Rodopi, Greece.

President of the Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Yancho Yanev, opened the meeting and briefly presented the results of the project conference of 15^th February2013 in Haskovo. He reported huge interest from business, the authorities, the public and the media. Noted, that the event, which was held in the Theatre "Ivan Dimov", was attended by over 400 people. As official guests the conference attended Tsvetan Tsvetanov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Mr. Delian Dobrev, Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism, Mr Mesut Yilmaz, former Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, Chairman of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and  other 28 presidents of regional chambers, the governor, mayors of the region, MPs, many ambassadors and representatives of partner organizations from different countries, representatives of local business and leading companies from across the country, organizations , institutions, citizens and media. Mr. Yanev made a brief report of the implementation and other project activities by the Haskovo Chamber.

Executive Vice President of the Greek International Business Association in Thessaloniki (SEVE), Mr. Anastasios Aleksandridis presented the activities implemented so far under the joint project, and the results achieved. Were shared the difficulties in restoring the verified costs incurred by the partners and the position of the Joint Technical Secretariat on the issue.

Director of the Hellenic Organization for Standardization (ELΟΤ) in Thessaloniki, George Bamopulos and Mr. Sotiris Serdenis of Professional and Trade Chamber of Rodopi reported the activities of their side at the time and level of preparation of the upcoming information sessions on the project.

Participants in the meeting discussed the organization of the 4 information meetings, to be held in Bulgaria and Greece, as well as the final conference in Greece. Were sat up the dates and cities for their implementation, as follows:

All participants expressed their satisfaction with the agreement reached on the issues discussed and defined the next meeting to be held on March 4, 2013 in Thessaloniki, hosted by the Greek International Business Association.
