Legalization of signatures on contracts, warrant of attorneys (power letters) and other documents
Legalization authenticates the signature of the person who has affixed on various foreign trade documents. This is done on the basis on the information contained in the commercial register of the BCCI, in which trader should be registered.
In the stamp certifying signatures is applied more data on the trader's name and registration number of BCCI-Sofia. Required documents:
- registration decision in BCCI
- identification of the signatory
- original/s by certifying documen
