BCCI launches national youth competition
Committed to the realization of the idea of providing better conditions for young people in Bulgaria and career development perspective, Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has decided to organize a national competition on the theme:
· Concept for new service / services of BCCI for business; or
· Project idea to improve the offering or the quality and accessibility of already existing service through the use of new information technology / IT / - Internet platform, application for mobile devices, on-line offering of existing service etc.
The competition is aimed at young people in two age categories up to 19 years and from 20 to 29 years. The aim is to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship of young people in Bulgaria by stimulating the development of project ideas related to the services offered by the BCCI for business. This will be another step to bring the students to the activities and needs of the companies.
The competition will include two stages:
· First stage: submission of project ideas up to three pages- Deadline 1st March, 2014
· Second stage: selecting 20 of the best projects and inviting passed the first stage candidates to submit detailed development of the project idea – Deadline 30th April, 2014
Commission will announce admitted project ideas for participation in the second stage by 15th March 2014 and then they will be published on the website of the BCCI, the sites of regional chambers, Facebook page of the BCCI. The final results of the competition will be announced on 22nd May, 2014.
