Members of the Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry Took Part in the Bulgarian–Ukrainian Business Forum with B2B Meetings

The Chairman of the Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI), Yancho Yanev, along with member companies of HCCI, participated in the Bulgarian–Ukrainian Business Forum with B2B Meetings, held on April 25, 2024, in the Vasil Levski Hall at the Hyatt Regency Sofia. The forum was organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA), the Bulgarian–Ukrainian Industrial Chamber, and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Topics discussed with representatives of the Bulgarian business community included post-war recovery in Ukraine and the opportunities that European funds can provide for the reconstruction of its economy and infrastructure. During the bilateral meetings, participants had the opportunity to meet potential partners and establish direct contacts with Ukrainian enterprises.

At his meeting with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Bulgaria, Olesya Ilashchuk, the Chairman of the Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI), Yancho Yanev, discussed opportunities for business cooperation aimed at encouraging contacts and creating opportunities to support businesses between companies from both countries, as well as developing bilateral trade and economic relations, given the complex and, at the same time, dynamic situation in Ukraine.
